Terms & Conditions – Workzo

1. Access & Membership

• Access is limited to registered members and approved guests only.
• Memberships and passes are non-transferable.
• Workzo reserves the right to deny or revoke access in case of policy violations.

2. Use of Space

• The workspace must be used for lawful and professional purposes only.
• Any activity causing disturbance, discomfort, or inconvenience to others is not allowed.
• Sleeping, smoking, alcohol, illegal substances, or unsafe activities are strictly prohibited.
• Members must use furniture, equipment, and facilities responsibly.

3. Internet & Utilities

• Internet is provided for work purposes only.
• Misuse of network, illegal downloads, or excessive bandwidth usage is prohibited.
• Workzo is not responsible for internet downtime, speed issues, or data loss.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All fees must be paid in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of access.
• Pricing and plans are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Guests & Visitors

• Guests are allowed only with prior approval from management.
• Members are fully responsible for their guests’ conduct.
• Workzo reserves the right to restrict guest access at any time.

6. Security & Personal Belongings

• Members are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Workzo is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
• CCTV surveillance is in place for safety and security purposes.

7. Conduct & Damage

• Maintain cleanliness and follow community etiquette.
• Any damage to property must be compensated by the responsible member.
• Harassment, abuse, or misconduct towards staff or members will not be tolerated.

8. Health & Safety

• Members must follow all safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
• Workzo is not liable for personal injury unless caused by proven negligence.

9. Termination

• Workzo may suspend or terminate access without refund for violation of these terms.
• No compensation will be provided in case of termination due to misconduct.

10. Liability

• Use of Workzo facilities is at the member’s own risk.
• Workzo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

• Workzo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the space implies acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to local jurisdiction.
