Workzo – Policies (India Specific)

These policies are applicable to all members, daily pass users, visitors, and guests using Workzo coworking space in India.

1. General Usage Policy

  • Workzo is intended strictly for professional, legal, and business-related activities.
  • Any activity violating Indian laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.
  • Members must maintain a quiet, respectful, and work-friendly environment.
  • Religious, political, or promotional activities that disturb others are not allowed inside the workspace.

2. Membership, Daily Pass & Access Policy

  • Access is provided only to registered members or approved daily pass users.
  • Entry may require valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, Passport).
  • Memberships, daily passes, and access credentials are non-transferable.
  • Workzo reserves the right to deny or revoke access without prior notice for policy violations.

3. Working Hours Policy

  • Workspace access is allowed only during official working hours unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late-night access, if provided, must follow local safety and building rules.
  • Entry outside permitted hours without approval is not allowed.

4. Internet & IT Usage Policy

  • High-speed internet is provided for office and business use only.
  • Illegal downloads, torrenting, hacking, crypto mining, or misuse of bandwidth are strictly prohibited under Indian IT laws.
  • Workzo is not responsible for data loss, cyber threats, or internet downtime caused by ISP issues.

5. Payment, GST & Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • GST will be applied as per Government of India regulations, wherever applicable.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable, unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
  • Non-payment or delayed payment may lead to suspension of services.

6. Guest & Visitor Policy

  • Guests are allowed only with prior approval from management.
  • Members are fully responsible for their guests' behavior and compliance.
  • Guest access may be restricted during peak hours or for security reasons.
  • Unauthorized group meetings or gatherings are not permitted.

7. Security & Surveillance Policy

  • CCTV surveillance is active in common areas as per Indian safety norms.
  • Members are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Workzo is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
  • Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to management.

8. Cleanliness & Property Policy

  • Members must maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene.
  • Damage to furniture, electricals, internet equipment, or interiors must be compensated.
  • Stickers, posters, drilling, or permanent modifications are not allowed without permission.

9. Health, Safety & Conduct Policy

  • Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Harassment, verbal abuse, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of access.
  • Members must comply with fire safety, emergency exits, and building regulations.
  • Workzo is not responsible for personal injury unless caused by proven management negligence.

10. Termination & Enforcement Policy

  • Workzo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:
  • Policies are violated
  • Illegal or unethical activities are identified
  • Behavior affects the safety or comfort of others
  • No compensation will be provided in such cases.

11. Policy Updates

  • These policies may be updated from time to time as per business needs or Indian regulations.
  • Continued use of Workzo implies acceptance of the updated policies.
